FlipOS is currently looking for an Office Administrator  to join our growing team in Scottsdale Arizona! We are looking for a professional and punctual Office Administrator with a history of keeping our office beautiful and our team on task. The Office Manager will work directly under the Operations Manager and will act as support to the FlipOS team. Our office is located at 7525 E 2nd Street Scottsdale, AZ 85251

The Role

Assist in Office organization, administration support, client support, c-suite support

Responsibilities:

  • General Upkeep of Office Space
  • Organization of file cabinets & storage closet
  • Ordering, receiving and organizing office supplies
  • Travel Arrangements for remote employees and leadership
  • Data Entry Projects 
  • Manage Intercom Chats/Main Phone Line/Support Email
  • C-Suite Admin Support
  • Planning and organizing company outings 
  • Communicate with Sales, the Client, Title, and Leadership on progress of files
  • Coordinate & open files with Title
  • Audit, manage, and retrieve all documents required for each transaction to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Prepare real estate documentation using templates for purchase or sale of single-family properties
  • Gather  HOA info regarding CC&R’s (Rental Restrictions, Fee’s (Transfer, Monthly, Capital Improvement)
  • Utilities Management (turn on after acquisition, turn off after disposition & confirmation)

Qualifications:

  • Office Admin/Manager experience (real estate preferred) 
  • Real Estate Transaction or Loan processor experience ideal
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Proficiency in G-Suite products
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Adobe, Docusign, Google Drive, Slack, Asana helpful
  • RE License preferred (will assist with obtaining)
